Bioinformatics Representing at ISMB/ECCB 2017

A few of our Ph.D. students attended the 2017 ISMB/ECCB in Prague last month.

Kritika Karri, Dileep Kishore, and Tanya Karagiannis presented their Challenge Project Poster, "PIPELINER - A Flexible High Throughput Sequencing Data Analysis Framework." Anastasia Gurinovich also gave a talk, "PopCluster: A new algorithm to identify genetic variants with effects that change with ethnicity," during the VarI COSI session.
